Visiting this website
Technical connection data, including IP address, time, requested address and browser information, is processed to deliver pages, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Enquiries, material lists and files
The form processes name, email, seller type, country, location, requested service and message. Company, telephone, material quantities, handover preferences and files are optional. We store enquiries and attachments to assess materials, prepare quotes and coordinate services. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requests by individuals concerning a prospective or existing contract, and Article 6(1)(f) for business contacts and other enquiries. Our legitimate interest is handling business communication. Required fields are necessary to submit the form; email is available as an alternative. Submit only necessary information and do not include third-party personal data without authority.
Browser material list
Your selected material list is stored in this browser under oyawe-material-list-v1. It contains material identifiers and quantities and remains until entries or browser site data are deleted. You can edit the list at any time. It is transmitted to us with your enquiry only when submitted. Local storage supports the expressly requested list feature under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; enquiry processing follows the legal bases above.
Hosting, access and email
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare database and file storage services. Authorised OYAWE personnel and necessary technical providers can process enquiries. The website is publicly accessible without signing in. Email correspondence uses the existing Google Workspace mailbox. Automatic form email notifications are not yet active; enquiries are already stored. Enquiry data is not used for a newsletter.
Retention
Enquiries and attachments are needed while handling the request, an ensuing business relationship or related claims. Once the purpose ends, data must be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply. Business records subject to retention follow the applicable statutory periods. No fixed automatic deletion schedule is configured on this website; send deletion requests to the contact above.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. The authority for Baden-Württemberg is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de).
Analytics and automated decisions
The website code includes no advertising pixels, analytics tools or externally loaded fonts. It makes no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Displayed material prices do not replace an individually assessed purchase offer.
