How to recognise this fraction

Loose integrated circuits in different package forms. Disclose mixed types, solder residues and other materials.

Composition, foreign material, package types and net weight. Material without a clear grade is assessed by individual enquiry.

Pack dry material separately. Do not carry out thermal or chemical processing for delivery.
